I have added a new KB Installing Microsoft Office 2010 Error 1935. I had this issue the other day and thought it’s a very simple fix and will help alot of people out.
I have also added a new feature to show the percentage that each kb article is helping everyone. e.g kb 8 The dependency service or group failed to start shows “This kb helped 71 people and did not help 38 people. Success rate is 65%”

We now have 1340 links in our db!! We have also had 1,048 unique hits to TSF in Feb, very cool! Last year we had a total of 4,997 unique hits. This year we are up to 1,661 hits so far.
We had 55,000 unique hits in 2007. Lets try break the record! 
Anyway, enough of stats. Here are some useful tech tips I have found recently:
KB10 – Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
Fix for PROGRA~1\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1\.DLL is not designed to run on windows or has an error.

I’m an IT technician and have been collecting these websites for over 7 years. Some of the websites are pretty old, however I try to add any new websites and fixes reguarly that have helped me solve IT issues at work over time and I hope they help you too.
There seems to be a lot of hits to one of our kb fixes for Vista – The dependency service or group failed to start. I have also noticed another Vista issue happening more often – The User profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be load.
TSF has helped 397 times to people over the world. Good to see some of the fixes I have found are helping people.
